“Tri-Fins are Dangerous”

5′11″ x 20.5″ x 2 5/8″
Clear Sanded Gloss Coat
Glass on Custom Hand Foiled Fins by 101 Fin Co.
Glass Work by Moonlight Glassing Co.
Single Concave to Vee

This mildly surfed board will make a great shape for summer. Lowered entry rocker and its width gives it lots of speed in less than optimal surf. Vee in the tail and the magic bamboo fin twang keeps it loose and lively in turns. Some minimal spidercracking. No dings of consequence. The glassing is in great shape.

Available for $350.

One of the best surfs I had in Autumn of ‘07 was on an identical Selection shape. I seldom stray from the breaks in my backyard but in this case I had the occasion to be surfing some gorgeous head high, A-frame peaks on a lonely sandbar in the Newport area. I can’t imagine how fun The Rose Nouveau will surf with the added bonus of the bamboo “twang” coming into and out of turns.
